Hi All,
We are a fairly new agency opened up in London (only been active for aprox 9 weeks) and things appear to be going well already i have over £30,000 worth of new business on my board, and thats just me, However, we seem to be lacking in good quality candidate or people just fail to turn up for interviews!
When people do not turn up, it makes us look bad! and this is really starting to frustrate us. How do you stop this from happening??
What we are ideally looking for is an Agency that has a high street location that can advertise our jobs in the window, in exchange for the percentage of the fee we charge.
Does anyone know of anything like this or anyone that could be potentially interested in making easy money?

I know its quite common at the beginning for people not to turn up to interview/register with consultants but it seems to me there is something wrong when people are not turning up for interview. How much time do you spend registering finding out what they are really looking for and how big their commitment is??? And when you secure an interview do you prep them for it well so they feel more confident when they are going that they know more or less what they are getting themselves into??? Not trying to sound patronising I am just suprised I have never had anyone from my office not turn up for an interview... was just wondering if that was luck or whether or not I was doing something right ;) |
