Hi there,

I have setup in business in the Commercial Sector only a few months ago and am comparing different recruitment software packages to acquire a decent database.

Does anyone know of 'Intelligence Software' and can comment on the efficiency of the system? I have had a demo which was quite impressive. Not looking for a massive outlay at present and this would also nicely meet that criteria, as I can pay monthy to include training, upgrades, etc

Also, slight change of subject: Commercial is especially competitive but where my experience within recruitment lies. Looking to diversify, are there particular areas that are candidate short at present - lol !

Thanks folks
Cathy Welch

We use Voyager (based in the Basingstoke area) which has proven quite useful to us (Rec2rec), but is much more geared to temp and commercial market and has excellent payrole and availability facilities which would suit a commercial rec firm

Hi Cathy - we use Intelligence for our business. its as good as any of the other more expensive ones we looked at, it's cost efficient which is great for a startup, and Shane is very helpful and obliging and always open to ideas.
Happy to talk to you about it if you want to drop me a line. - jo@newlevelrecruitment.com

Hi Cathy, I have used various systems and currently work from home using ITRIS. Its great for any sector and has many tool I havent seen before in any other system which really help me. Most systems I have seen are a pain and you have to commit huge amounts of time updating whereas ITRIs does it for you automatically. Evn my Jobs are posted instandtly to my web site for me!
