Hi,
We do mainly Finance and HR but all sorts as and when asked! - looking to take a lot of the initial candidate searching of Monster/Totaljobs etc away from consultants.

I have experience over the last 9 months of OS2i, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Not only are they cost effective (the most important thing), but they also add a new dimension to how we resource candidates. They have also been excellent at generating leads with new potential clients, and even information on current clients.
With a resourcer being assigned directly to you, you are able to develop a close relationship, and their knowledge of your clients and market sectors. I know of many companies who are achieving a real competitive advantage by using OS2i.
