I'm sure this has come up before but are companies such as Webrecruit, Easy Online... et al covered by the Employment Agencies Act? And how is client covered if the placed candidate leaves within 3 months?

Most recruitment agencies, even flat fee will return a portion of the fee at least if an employee leaves within 3 months.

WebRecruit seem to be one of the better ones, they got investment from a dragons den!
