to confirm

what is the current rate of holiday pay and ni?

just making sure I have my calcs absolutely right before committing myself to a way over the top complicated arrangement.....

ring the HMRC helpline. They won't bite - I promise! And they'll give the exact right info for your situation.

Hi Hmmm,

It's 12.07% of standard pay.
