I know there are a couple of technology offerings that provide vacancy sourcing. Try looking at:
Insight from Innovantage (www.innovantage.co.uk) or
Vacancy-match from Kaonix (www.vacancy-match.com/)

You're best to ask that question to the companies themselves. I'm sure it'll vary based on exactly what you want from them but they may be able to give you a ballpark.
