Alicja,
If you let us have a little more detail as to the your specification and required functions, we may be able to develop a web based software package for you. We currently supply job board recruitment websites, i'm sure that we could add additional functionality to our existing package for you.
Kind regards |

Hi Gareth,
Thank you for your message. However, I am not really convinced with the web based recruitment softwares. They are just not advanced enough for us. I have see quite a few...I am after either ASP one or SQL server based one.
I need a full functionality of front and back office e.g. advanced cv search, advanced cv matching with customized fields, full synchronization for outlook, commission calculation, sales repots, invoicing…
I am after a software for perm and contracts recruitment.
Can you tell me which company leads in the market at the moment?

Alicja,
Its mentioned here already, but I can recommend http://www.chameleoni.com too, I know you said you dont want web (browser) based, and this is, but it really has all the functions of a lot of client server products (including a good search engine). They let the first user on for nothing and theres no setup which confused me with a lot of products, so is worth you trying it. Mail me if you like,

Alicja,
In what way do you need power Alicja, many users? many records? many CV's ? Whilst I cant agree chameleoni is not powerful (we use it to manage and seach 60k records) I have used a lot of other products in the past, I might be able to help
